Ingredients
- Thinly sliced beef (shabu-shabu style)
- Nappa cabbage, Bean sprouts, Mushrooms (any kind), Garlic chives (Buchu)
- The Special Peanut Sauce:
- 2 tbsp 100% Pure Peanut Butter (no additives)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Allulose
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Water (to adjust consistency)
- Sesame seeds
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Layering in the Steamer First, spread a generous layer of bean sprouts at the bottom of the steamer. Then, layer the Nappa cabbage, followed by mushrooms, and finally the beef. Top it all off with garlic chives for a wonderful aroma. (Insert photo of the layered ingredients in the steamer)

3. Making the 100% Peanut Sauce In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of 100% peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of allulose, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
